- General Provisions
Foldstowsack is a direct-to-consumer entity. All inventory is managed, stored, and dispatched directly from our corporate facility in Denmark. We maintain full control over our supply chain to ensure product quality and operational transparency. - Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Method: We partner with major global carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS (Priority services), to facilitate international transit.
Delivery Estimates: Expected delivery to addresses in Europe and the United States is between 5–9 business days.
Tracking: Upon dispatch, arrival at logistics hubs, and local delivery completion, automated notifications will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Shipping Policy: All shipments are processed on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Customers are not liable for additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

- Right of Withdrawal (European Customers)

14-Day Period: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
Exercising the Right: To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement sent to wardrobe@foldstowsack.com.

- Damaged or Defective Items
We prioritize the quality of our storage solutions. Should you receive a product that is damaged or contains manufacturing defects, please contact our support team at wardrobe@foldstowsack.com within a reasonable timeframe after receipt.
Evidence: Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Resolution: Upon verification of the submitted evidence, we will, at our discretion, issue a full refund or arrange for a replacement to be dispatched. In cases of verifiable damage, the return of the item is not required.
