Shipping & Delivery
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are dispatched directly from our own warehouse in Denmark. We maintain internal inventory management to ensure full control over our supply chain.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days after dispatch for destinations within Europe and the United States. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by extreme weather or major logistics disruptions.

Which carriers do you use?

Taxes & Duties (DDP)
Are taxes and duties included?
Yes. All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The final price you see at checkout includes all applicable taxes and import duties. You will not be asked to pay any additional fees to customs authorities upon arrival.

Returns & Refunds
Do I have a right to return my order?
Consumers in eligible jurisdictions are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period, starting from the day you receive your goods. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing within the 14-day window. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How do I request a return?
