All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. After an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where payment cannot be verified, incorrect billing/delivery information has been provided, or fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected.
Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are shown at checkout before payment is completed. Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, verifiable billing and delivery information to prevent payment processing delays.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched directly from our facility in Denmark. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days.
- For European & US Destinations: Delivery is generally expected within 5–9 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier operations.
Orders are delivered through reputable international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or similar postal services. Tracking updates will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once available.
If a shipment exceeds the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund following a review of the circumstances. For customers located in Europe, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until the goods are physically delivered to the customer or a designated third party.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
- For Customers in Europe: Consumers in Europe have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at wardrobe@foldstowsack.com. Returned items must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.
- For Customers Outside Europe (including the United States): We offer a standard 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us via email within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs clearly showing the issue. Following our review and verification, we may provide a replacement item or a full/partial refund where appropriate. For verified damage or defects, return of the affected item is generally not required, subject to our final confirmation. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
Intellectual Property
All website content—including text, images, graphics, logos, and proprietary product photographs—is owned by or used with explicit permission by Diamant Møbel. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or mirrored without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Diamant Møbel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or the purchase of products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under mandatory local consumer protection laws.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Consumers continue to benefit from any mandatory rights granted by the laws of their country of residence (including mandatory US consumer protection regulations where applicable).
